I have lived in the Las Vegas/Henderson NV area for 12 years now. I have been a full time real estate agent for over 10 years.   As real estate agents come and go,  I have built my business on good customer service and communication skills.   

 It is a great time to buy real estate in the Henderson, Las Vegas NV area.  Homes are down 50-75% in some areas!  It's a difficult market with the short sales and foreclosures  and multiple offers, but if you work with a competent realtor your dreams of a home will soon become a reality!

Debbie helped me find my home back in 2005.  We became friends and I referred 2 other friends to her! I work for US Airways  and in 2009  had some cut backs.  It left me no choice but to short sale my home for I had to move to the east coast.  Debbie was awesome.  She had my home sold within a month and the short sale approved within 6 weeks.  I miss her already but will still referrer her to anyone looking to buy in Las Vegas!
